Prestondale Drive

The home was originally a 140m² facebrick building with 2 bedrooms. A total make over was done on the home, increasing the size of the building to 260m². Additions included a new master un-suite bedroom, a new formal lounge , a new pool a water feature and moute to the front of the building. The outside of the building was plastered using plaster bands to give detail to the home. The inside of the home was completely stripped and finished of like new. The building took 5 months to complete costing close to R1 million and was completed using 13 workers. The home has a modern yet rustic feel to it.
